Tramfloc® 1200 Series Phosphates Inhibitors are designed to help control mineral
scaling, fouling and corrosion in potable water plants, systems, and lines.
The products are all UL® certified to ANSI/NSF Standard 60 for purity and effectiveness.
Tramfloc® 1200 Series products remove and prevent carbonate scale which fouls
and plugs fittings, lines and plumbing equipment. The special additives for drinking
water also will control the deterioration of both noble and base metals commonly
found in water handling systems. Expensive repairs can be avoided by the application
of the Tramfloc® 1200 Series Phosphates Inhibitors. The products will help prevent
galvanic attack, will eliminate black and red trouble calls from consumers, reduce
the rotten egg odors, clean the entire water system, remove mud balls and scale
in WQTP filters, and reduce THM formation. Tramfloc® 1200 Series Phosphates Inhibitors
will assist in meeting the lead and copper rule, reduce water main flushing incidence,
reduce chlorine demand as metals are sequestered, improved sedimentation rates
in the WTP, and reduce asbestos fiber counts. The selection of the correct Tramfloc®
1200 Series Phosphate Inhibitor is dependent upon many factors such as water analysis,
temperatures, system flow, past deterioration of the transmission lines, and secondary
factors.
Tramfloc® Potable Water Treatment Formulations are NSF standard
60 approved to reduce and eliminate scaling and corrosion in piping and fixtures.
There are numerous blends to meet each specific combination of pH, hardness,
alkalinity, TDS, dissolved gases, Langelier and Ryznar Indices. The products
are designed to help water systems meet the SDWA and the Lead and Copper rule.
